To create a large open plan space that incorporates the kitchen, living and dining area by extending the rear of the property across the width of it to deliver generously proportioned space with access to the garden from very large bi-fold sliding doors. A new replacement garage to allow for the creation of an en-suite guest bedroom towards the rear. At first floor level, a new study/landing to allow for the new staircase to the loft conversion.

An extension with a contemporary design, a new roof gable for the loft conversion to provide views over the city and the incorporation of several energy saving features.

Oxford City Council Planning Consent was secured in December 2011.
