This exciting property is set in a magnificent rural setting in the Alicante Province, surrounded by traditional almond and citrus tree plantations on white washed soil. The steep incline of the ground generated a design that connects a series of levelled platforms of activity spaces through circulation areas. The generous terraces finished with local terracotta tiles which extend into the house complement the traditional archways and provide the perfect areas to enjoy outdoor life under the Mediterranean sun.

After an arduous and long planning application process (which took almost one year) the house was completed in 2003.
